Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on high-tech start-ups
• Senior finance leadership track record
• Hands-on management of finance and accounting processes in fast-paced environments
• Experience with audits, compliance, and regulatory reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy & Planning: develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Accounting & Reporting: oversee AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, GAAP compliant reporting
• Operational Excellence: manage cash flow, capital allocation, and treasury; drive efficiency
• Team Leadership: mentor and manage a small finance/accounting team
