Job summary

The role reports to the VP, with deep collaboration across product, legal, and finance. You will source opportunities, model valuations, coordinate due diligence, and drive post-close performance while building scaling capabilities for a data and AI platform.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or venture capital.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Ability to rapidly develop technical fluency in enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience directing junior deal team members.
• Proficiency applying AI tools to research, analysis, and transaction evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of acquisition and investment opportunities across the data and AI landscape.
• Lead transaction execution: valuation and financial modeling, due diligence coordination, negotiation, and structuring.
• Direct and develop deal team members across transaction workstreams.
• Develop rigorous perspectives on adjacent markets and competitors.
• Define integration milestones and evaluate post-close performance.
• Prepare executive- and board-level materials covering pipeline and portfolio performance.
• Contribute to AI-enabled deal processes and market intelligence capabilities.
