Job summary

Everpure in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Director, Finance Business Partner for Technology & Growth to lead the finance partnership for a fast-evolving tech organization. You will shape financial strategy behind new products, own planning, and build a scalable finance team and operating model.

You will partner with senior leaders across Technology, Digital Transformation, CIO, Enterprise and Commercial Lines, EXA, Corporate Development, and more to drive investment decisions, reporting, and long-term

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively complex Finance experience with a track record influencing business decisions.
• Strong financial and commercial modeling expertise across pricing, demand, and investment scenarios.
• Experience partnering with senior executives to translate data into insights and tradeoffs.
• Experience navigating complex commercial or contractual arrangements and financial implications.
• Experience building and leading high-performing Finance teams and operating models.
• Advanced modeling skills; familiarity with Anaplan and ERP systems like NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Shape the financial strategy for new and evolving business models, including pricing and financial constructs.
• Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Growth, and Corporate Development to inform decisions.
• Own end-to-end planning, budgeting, and forecasting across headcount, opex, and capex.
• Translate performance metrics into executive-level reporting and recommendations.
• Evaluate opportunities and investments with financial implications and risks.
• Build and lead a Finance team and scale forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
