Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Urologist in Hobart, IN to join a well-established Northwest Indiana healthcare provider that prioritizes physician well-being and work-life balance.
This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with inpatient and outpatient care, call rotation 1:4, and opportunities to develop subspecialties such as oncology, robotics, or stones within a HIMSS Stage VII, paperless environment.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
- Ability to obtain Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration
- Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention
- Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
- Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialties such as oncology, robotics, or stones
- Engage in continuous quality improvement to enhance outcomes and efficiency
- Maintain communication with referring physicians for coordinated care
