Job summary

Northwest Indiana Healthcare Provider in Hobart, IN is seeking a Urologist to lead outpatient and inpatient care in a tech-forward, paperless environment. The role emphasizes design-your-own-practice with subspecialty options, including oncology, robotics, or stones, while maintaining strong referral relationships.

The position supports work-life balance, a flexible schedule, and collaboration across a multidisciplinary team using EPIC EMR and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms as needed.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and integrated AI tools to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and support staff within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Design and grow a clinical practice that incorporates subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain active communication with referring physicians to ensure seamless care coordination across the region.
