The role offers a full-time, on-site position with a flexible schedule and opportunities to develop subspecialties such as oncology, robotics, or stones while practicing in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment using EPIC EMR and integrated AI tools.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
• Graduate from an accredited MD/DO program with ACGME Urology Residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Clinic patients per day: flexible.
• Call Rotation: 1:4.
• Perform urological surgeries using advanced technology and robotics as needed.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI tools for accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialties such as oncology, robotics or stones.
• Engage in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes and operations.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians for seamless care coordination.
