Job summary
Top Echelon Software LLC seeks a Urologist for a full-time position in Hobart, IN. The role offers a flexible schedule with Monday–Friday hours, designed around the physician's goals in a tech-forward, HIMSS Stage VII environment.
Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient care, robotic surgeries, and advanced documentation using EPIC EMR and AI tools. Opportunities to specialize in oncology, robotics, or stones are available, with a competitive compensation package.
Qualifications
- Requires MD/DO with board eligibility/board certification in Urology.
- Completion of ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
- Ability to obtain Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient and inpatient urology care including diagnosis and surgical interventions.
- Perform urological surgeries using advanced technology and robotics as needed.
- Utilize EPIC EMR and AI tools for accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII setting.
- Develop and grow a clinical practice with subspecialty interests like oncology or robotics.
- Engage in quality improvement to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
- Coordinate with referring physicians for seamless regional care.
