Workway, Inc. is seeking an Escrow Assistant / Escrow Processor for its Tulsa, OK operation.

You will coordinate residential transactions from file opening through closing and post-closing, working with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys and agents to move files forward accurately. The ideal candidate has recent escrow experience in title and escrow, can manage multiple active files, review contracts, order payoffs, and track deadlines in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Recent Escrow Assistant or Escrow Processor experience required.
• Experience with residential transactions preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open and maintain escrow files with accurate entry and updates.
• Review contracts and documentation for completeness.
• Order and track payoffs, HOA documents, surveys, taxes, liens and other requirements.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors.
• Coordinate and confirm closing appointments and prepare disclosures.
