Job summary

Security 1st Title is seeking a Residential Escrow Assistant to support the escrow team in Lawrence, KS. You will work closely with Residential Escrow Officers to move contracts smoothly from agreement to closing, handling administrative and transactional tasks with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active title insurance license or ability to obtain one within the first six months of employment.
• 1–3 years of escrow, title, or related office experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and assist with preparation of closing statements and documents.
• Prepare closing documents and maintain file integrity.
• Balance receipts/disbursements and assist with financial balancing.
