You will work with senior finance leaders to analyze performance, build robust business cases, and drive planning and efficiency across time horizons, leveraging AI-enabled tools for deeper insights and responsible risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or quantitative field
• 5+ years in Commercial Finance or related field incl. FP&A, financial analytics, and modeling
• MBA/CPA/CA or equivalent preferred; qualified candidates welcome

• Act as embedded finance partner for Banking segment, translating financials into commercial insight
• Assess financial impact of decisions including hiring, pricing, and investments
• Analyze KPIs, identify trends and provide clear findings to finance and non-finance audiences
• Build and evaluate business cases using financial modeling and ROI analysis
• Support segment planning and long-range financial strategy
• Identify cost optimization opportunities to protect margins
• Develop knowledge of Banking products and market dynamics to strengthen partnerships
• Collaborate with Accounting, HR, Sales Ops, and Finance community to improve processes
