Job summary

Moody's Corporation seeks a seasoned VP of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across Moody's. You will own end-to-end consolidation, stress-test complex models, and deliver executive narratives.

You will partner with Investor Relations on earnings prep, drive AI-enabled finance transformation, and mentor a globally distributed FP&A team to sustain growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or equity research experience.
• 5+ years leading teams and directing strategic direction.
• Deep expertise in P&L management, scenario planning, modeling, and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication with senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through complexity with automation.
• Fluency with AI/GenAI tools applied to finance workflows; strong Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience in a public, global, multi-segment organization with executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consolidation of the enterprise P&L across OPP, rolling forecast, and five-year plan.
• Build, review, and stress-test complex financial models and run scenario analyses.
• Produce executive reporting and quarterly Board decks with concise narratives.
• Partner with Investor Relations on earnings prep and external reporting roadmap.
• Oversee incentive compensation funding analysis and related materials.
• Lead and mentor a globally distributed FP&A team, driving capability building.
• Advise leaders on investments, resource allocation, and margin expansion incl. M&A support.
