Job summary

Moody's is seeking a VP, Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across Moody's. You will own end-to-end consolidation of P&L across the operating plan and five-year strategy, building and stress-testing models, and delivering concise, decision-ready narratives for leadership and the Board.

You will partner with Investor Relations on earnings prep, oversee incentive compensation funding analyses, and mentor a global FP&A team to drive transformation,

Qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or equity research, with 5+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end consolidation of the enterprise P&L across annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and five-year plan.
• Build, review, and stress-test complex financial models and direct scenario analyses.
• Produce executive reporting including monthly/quarterly reviews and Board decks.
• Partner with Investor Relations on earnings preparation and external reporting roadmap.
• Oversee enterprise incentive compensation funding analysis and related materials.
• Lead, mentor, and build a globally distributed FP&A team.
• Advise leaders on investments and resource allocation, and support M&A activities.
