Job summary

Corewell Health is offering a full-time, 14-week onsite summer internship in Grand Rapids for students who will have Senior or Junior standing and graduate between May 2027 and May 2028. The role involves partnering with Technical Field Services to support computers, printers, mobile devices and related equipment, with extensive documentation and collaborative teamwork.

Two available time frames exist: May 3–Aug 13, 2027 or May 10–Aug 20, 2027; positions are based at the East Beltline office,

Qualifications

• Senior or Junior standing; graduating between May 2027 and May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Technical Field Services teams to support technology equipment.
• Maintains documentation of actions taken and supports tools and devices.
• Supports department processes and participates in process improvement activities.
• Contributes to quality monitoring and service continuity.
• Collaborates with team members to ensure coordinated services.
