Job summary

Priority Health offers a full-time (40 hours/week) 14-week on-site summer internship at our Grand Rapids East Beltline office. The role supports Technical Field Services with hands-on and remote assistance for computers, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment.

Ideal candidates are rising Seniors or Juniors, graduating May 2027–May 2028, with preferences for Windows/M365 troubleshooting, mobile devices, software installs, conference room support, and hardware troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Senior or Junior standing with graduation between May 2027 and May 2028
• Preferred experience with Windows, M365, mobile devices, software installs, conference room support and hardware troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and virtual support for technology equipment (computers, printers, mobile devices)
• Document actions clearly and maintain task records
• Analyze department processes and Corewell Health systems; participate in quality monitoring and process improvement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity and coordination of services

This Is a Full Time (40 Hours/week), 14-week Onsite Summer Internship That Will Occur During One Of The Below Time Frames

• May 3 - August 13, 2027
• May 10 - August 20, 2027

Open to hiring candidates that reside anywhere near our East Beltline office in Grand Rapids.

Job Summary

This role will partner directly with Technical Field Services teams and will involve both direct in-person and virtual support of all technology equipment utilized by team members, including computers, printers, mobile devices and much more.

Essential Functions

• Maintains accountability for completing support tasks as directed.
• Maintains clear and appropriate documentation of actions taken.
• May analyzes department processes and other Corewell Health systems encountered and makes recommendations improvements, as appropriate. Participates in quality monitoring activities/process improvement activities.
• Communicates, collaborates, and acts as a team player with others in order to ensure continuity and coordination of services.

Qualifications

Required

• We are looking for students who currently have Senior or Junior standing and anticipate graduating between May 2027 and May 2028.

Preferred

• Expereince with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft M365 troubleshooting
• Experience with mobile device configuration and troubleshooting
• Experience with software installation and configuration, conference room support and hardware configuration and troubleshooting
