RPC Company is seeking an Agency Recruiter to join our Addison, TX team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

You will manage high-volume contract and direct-hire recruiting, primarily for Engineering and IT/Technology roles, while supporting Accounting, Finance, Operations, and HR. Expect to source via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and diverse strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume contract and direct-hire recruiting.
• Recruit for Engineering and IT/Technology positions.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, compensation, availability, and culture fit.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume contract and direct-hire recruiting from sourcing through placement.
• Recruit primarily for Engineering and IT/Technology positions, plus Accounting & Finance, Operations, HR and other professional roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Screen and qualify candidates for technical skills, experience, compensation, availability, and culture fit.
• Build strong candidate relationships and maintain an active pipeline for current and future opportunities.
• Partner with account managers and leadership to understand client needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Manage multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines in a metrics-driven agency environment.
