Job summary

Socket is hiring a Technical Enablement Lead to own technical readiness across Customer Engineering. You’ll scale training for Sales Engineers, TAMs, CSMs, and Support, turning field gaps into repeatable programs and hands‑on labs.

You’ll work with leadership to define readiness and ensure demos/POCs stay current as features ship. You’ll build labs, certification paths, and knowledge base content while leveraging AI tools to scale your impact beyond a single person.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical customer-facing or enablement role (Sales Engineer, TAM, etc).
• Experience running demos, POCs, deployments or escalations.
• Can explain product to SE, AE, and an engineer at the right level.
• Built training materials (labs, demos, certifications, videos, playbooks).
• Uses AI tools to scale content and support a larger team.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for SEs, TAMs, CSMs and Support; build labs and certification paths.
• Maintain and update knowledge base; create deployment/troubleshooting guides.
• Certify teams against a demo standard and define readiness.
• Capture field gaps from calls and turn into scalable training materials.
• Make releases field-ready with labs, talks, deployment steps and known limitations.
