Job summary

One Medical is seeking current Family or Internal Medicine residents or recent graduates for a full-time physician role in Austin, TX. You will manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office and telehealth visits, and participate in ongoing learning with weekly Clinical Rounds and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or completed within the last year, an accredited Family or Internal Medicine residency program
• Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or completed residency within the last calendar year and scheduled to take next available Board Exam
• State licensed in Texas before start date

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Conduct in-office visits, testing centers, and occasional telehealth visits
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams in daily huddles
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues as needed
