• Soccer coaching or playing experience at youth, college, or pro levels.
• Passion for coaching and player development.
• Energy to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ready to be active and move, lift, and assist throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive feedback and timely interventions during training sessions.
• Lead engaging, tech-enabled training sessions following the TOCA curriculum.
• Guide players through structured sessions and player pathways toward personal goals.
• Build relationships with players and families to create a welcoming TOCA experience.
