TOCA Soccer is seeking a part-time TOCA Soccer Trainer in Nashville, TN. You will coach players using tech-enabled sessions to improve technique, decision making, and enjoyment of the game. The role emphasizes development pathways, feedback, and a fun, high-energy atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching soccer or playing at youth, college, or pro levels.
• Strong passion for coaching and developing players.
• Energy to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• On Field: coaching and player development using TOCA curriculum and tech-enabled training sessions.
• Team Captain: build relationships with players, parents, coaches and engage clients.
• Off Field: track progress with Training Manager and adjust methods for growth.
• Facility & Culture MVP: maintain a clean, welcoming space and uphold TOCA values.
