Job summary

Liberty Bay Credit Union, based in the greater Boston area, seeks a versatile leader to bridge retail operations and technical modernization. You will connect sales and business development with technical and operational integration, representing Liberty Bay at community events and driving branch performance.

You will lead branch offices, drive member growth, and foster high-energy teams while coordinating marketing efforts and referrals to Mortgages and Commercial Lending.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of management experience in Retail Banking.
• Experience with system conversions in a financial institution; familiarity with modern core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by delivering exceptional member experiences and achieving branch targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop branch personnel to foster a high-energy team culture.
• Lead strategic projects including banking system upgrades and staff training.
• Bridge retail and member service teams to streamline operations and overflows.
• Ensure operational excellence in teller operations, cash handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Maximize member relationships through referrals to Mortgages and Commercial Lending.
• Handle complex member escalations and act as a brand ambassador in community initiatives.
