Liberty Bay Credit Union in Braintree, MA seeks a versatile leader to bridge retail operations and technical modernization. You will connect sales and member services with operations and technology, and represent the credit union at community events.

With 2-3 years of retail banking leadership and core banking system experience (Fiserv DNA, Corelation; XP2/COOP a plus), you will drive growth, mentor branch teams, and expand member relationships through referrals to Mortgages and Commercial

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of management experience in Retail Banking.
• Proven history with core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv DNA, Corelation); XP2/COOP Shared Branching a plus.
• Strong track record in business development within banking/credit union.
• Tech-savvy with strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented and problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Bridge retail operations with technical modernization, ensuring seamless integration.
• Lead branch teams; recruit, develop, and coach staff to a high-energy culture.
• Oversee banking system upgrades, branch readiness, testing, data extraction, and staff training.
• Drive growth through member experiences, business development, and quarterly targets.
• Manage teller operations, cash handling, and compliance with banking regulations.
