Job summary

Liberty Bay Credit Union is seeking a versatile leader to bridge retail operations with technical modernization. The role drives member growth, leads branch teams, and represents the credit union at community events.

You will coordinate across member services, sales, technology, and operations to ensure high-quality service and compliant operations. The position requires a 2–3 year track record in retail banking management, core banking system experience, and a robust approach to project

Qualifications

Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent; Leadership: 2–3 years retail banking management; Technical: experience with core banking systems and system conversions.

Responsibilities

Drive growth by delivering exceptional member experiences and hitting branch targets.
Lead and mentor branch staff to foster a high-energy team culture.
Lead strategic projects for banking system upgrades, including testing and staff training.
Bridge retail and member service to streamline operations and overflow call handling.
Oversee teller operations, cash handling, and compliance with BSA/AML, CIP and privacy laws.
Expand member relationships through referrals to Mortgages and Commercial Lending.
Handle complex member escalations and represent the brand in the community.
