Liberty Bay Credit Union, based in the greater Boston area, seeks a versatile leader to bridge retail operations and technical modernization. You will connect sales and business development with technical and operational integration, representing Liberty Bay at community events and driving branch performance.
You will lead branch offices, drive member growth, and foster high-energy teams while coordinating marketing efforts and referrals to Mortgages and Commercial Lending.

As a vital part of our Retail team, you will act as a bridge across member services, sales, technology, operations, and compliance. You aren’t just managing a branch; you are seamlessly connecting sales and business development with technical and operational integration. You’ll represent Liberty Bay at community events, drive marketing efforts, and lead our branch office teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
Education:Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Leadership Experience:2–3 years of Management experience in Retail Banking.
Technical Expertise:A proven history of system conversion experience within a financial institution is required. Hands‑on experience with modern core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv DNA, Corelation) is highly preferred. Experience with XP2 and COOP Shared Branching is a plus!
Business Development:A solid track record of driving sales and growth in the banking or credit union industry.
