Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, seeks a Mobility Specialist for the Holiday Inn Universal in Orlando, FL. You will be the face of our technology‑driven parking experience, helping guests enroll in Metropolis parking tech and delivering courteous, professional service.

You will ensure policy compliance, assist with operations, and promote strong customer relationships while working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be able to stand for long periods and handle outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices).
• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service.
• Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Promote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
• Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization.
• Document violations using company‑provided mobile devices, including photo documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areas.
• Identify and report debris, spills, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly.
