The Mobility Specialist position at Holiday Inn Universal Orlando is focused on greeting guests, educating them about Metropolis parking technology, enrolling customers, and delivering outstanding service while following safety policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
  • Previous parking industry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong customer service orientation and willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Comfortable using mobile devices (iPad, iPhone, Android).
  • Ability to communicate in English with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages.
  • Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist enrollment.
  • Promote positive customer relationships with excellent service.
  • Respond to questions and concerns confidently and courteously.
  • Patrol parking areas to identify unpaid or unauthorized vehicles.
  • Document violations and maintain safety and cleanliness.
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Observe safety protocols at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Position: Mobility Specialist

Location: Holiday Inn Universal Orlando, FL

Pay rate: $18.00/hr

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and assist guests in parking lots and garages, providing professional and friendly service
  • Educate customers on Metropolis parking technology and assist with enrollment as needed
  • Promote positive customer relationships by consistently delivering excellent customer service
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns confidently and courteously
  • Patrol assigned parking lots and garages to identify vehicles without proper payment or authorization
  • Issue parking violations in accordance with company policies
  • Document violations using company‑provided mobile devices, including photo documentation
  • Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots, garages, and common areas
  • Identify and report debris, spills, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
  • Sweep floors, collect trash, and empty trash receptacles as needed
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including cleaning, washing, oil changes, and minor upkeep
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Observe all safety protocols at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
  • Prior parking industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong customer service orientation with a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and technology (iPad, iPhone, Android devices)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in spoken English with customers and team members
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to six consecutive hours)
  • Ability to visually inspect vehicles and physically access all areas of garages and lots
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
