- Acts as a liaison between operational and sales departments.
- Orders supporting documentation for loan applications.
- Evaluates loan applications and escalates as necessary.
- Prioritizes daily workload to ensure client experience.
- Manages a pipeline of assigned loans from disclosures to closing.
