Qualifications

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator required.
• 4+ years of experience in mortgage origination.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support and educate clients through intake and loan closing.
• Ensure all data and documents are accurate before submission to Processing.
• Act as primary contact with clients and set expectations on timelines.
• Deliver initial loan disclosures timely and comply with regulations.
• Work independently on standard files; escalate for complex questions.
• Ensure all loans originate in full compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Promote Wealthfront values and collaborative culture.
• Encourage a positive environment that values diversity and growth.
