Tharp Consulting is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to lead day-to-day F&B operations in a tech-forward, agile environment.

In this role you will lead daily F&B service to ensure exceptional guest experiences, oversee inventory control, food safety, and quality, and use digital tools and data to improve workflows. You will coach a collaborative team, partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements, and contribute to innovation in service delivery.

Competenze

Proven leadership ability in fast-paced food & beverage operations.
Strong knowledge of food safety, quality, and inventory controls.
Comfort using digital systems and data-driven decision making.
Excellent guest service and communication skills.
Ability to coach others and work effectively in an agile, team-based setting.
