Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a high-performing Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint in the insurance and fintech-enabled space. This role blends data-driven insights with human connection to deliver tailored solutions.

The position requires 3+ years in client-facing roles, plus an insurance license or ability to obtain one; familiarity with CRM and AI tools will help you excel in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing, client advising, or business development role, preferably in insurance.
• Property and Casualty or Life & Health license preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire.
• Experience with market expansion and leveraging technology to enter new markets or enhance sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual objectives by building a qualified pipeline, converting leads to revenue-generating opportunities, and meeting quota.
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans using data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and AI-powered tools.
• Partner with Acrisure service teams and marketing specialists to deliver proposals that maximize revenue across multiple lines of business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by developing deep client relationships and providing a consultative sales approach.
