Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews, manage scope, and ensure quality and safety on multimillion-dollar projects. This role leverages technology such as iPads and company devices while coordinating with the project team to meet timelines and client expectations.

The ideal candidate holds a Journeyman or Master Electrician license with at least five years of leadership experience in electrical contracting and strong NEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• At least five years of experience managing a scope and multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC and local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must have basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on the job site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
