The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in client-facing roles, insurance industry exposure, and a willingness to work on-site in the Duluth, MN area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing or business development role; insurance industry preferred.
• Property and Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by building a qualified pipeline and meeting quota.
• Acquire and manage clients, delivering consultative solutions using CRM and AI tools.
• Maintain disciplined sales process and accurate forecasting.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine offerings.
