Job summary

Acrisure is hiring an Employee Benefits Client Advisor in Bulverde, Texas, to drive new business, expand relationships, and broaden Acrisure’s footprint. The role blends data-driven insights with human relationships, supported by AI tools and a configurable compensation model.

You will build trusted client relationships, use CRM and AI applications, and collaborate with service teams to maximize revenue across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing or business development role.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience with market expansion and leveraging technology to enter new markets.
• Proven track record of obtaining new clients and revenue growth using technology and tech platforms.
• Experience using CRM and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline to meet quota.
