Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role.
• Property and Casualty license preferred, or ability to obtain license upon hire.

• Develop and execute growth plans leveraging data-driven insights and AI-powered tools to prioritize opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, building deep client relationships and delivering holistic, tech-enabled solutions.
• Follow structured sales cadences to manage pipeline, forecast, and drive create-convert-close-retain cycles.
• Stay ahead of market trends, share insights with leadership to refine offerings and revenue strategies.
