Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of client-facing or business development experience, insurance industry familiarity, and a proven ability to leverage technology to grow revenue while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing or business development role, with insurance industry experience preferred.
• License in Property & Casualty or Life & Health preferred, or ability to obtain on hire.
• Experience using technology to expand markets or improve sales.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and revenue growth leveraging tech.
• Strong tech skills, including CRM and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualified pipeline and exceed quotas through data-driven insights.
• Build deep client relationships with consultative sales approaches.
