Acrisure is seeking a high-performing Client Advisor to drive new business, deepen client relationships, and expand Acrisure’s footprint in the market. The role blends human connection with data-driven insights, CRM, and AI-enabled tools to deliver tailored insurance and fintech solutions.

With a focus on on-site collaboration, you’ll lead growth initiatives, manage a strategic pipeline, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing or business development role, preferably in insurance-related services.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
• Experience using CRM and AI-enabled tools for outreach and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build a qualified pipeline and convert leads into revenue opportunities to meet quotas.
• Develop and execute growth plans using data-driven insights and predictive analytics.
• Maintain strong client relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, and manage proposals.
• Follow structured cadences for forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal planning.
