Job summary

The Governor’s Office of Service and Community Engagement (GO-Serve) under California Volunteers seeks two student assistants in the Digital Infrastructure Office to support documentation of SaaS apps, data quality, and stakeholder assistance.

This part-time, non-benefited student position is based in California with a hybrid schedule, and requires enrollment in college with eligible prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include high school diploma and ability to pass pre-employment checks.
• Ability to work independently or with a team in a hybrid, part-time role.
• Basic understanding of data analysis principles and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review business requirements and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot data analysis issues and support data governance efforts.
• Triaging requests in the internal ticketing system for the DIO team.
• Assist with onboarding content and training materials for new employees.
