Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain service ticket board for field technicians.
• Prioritize requests and dispatch technicians by skill, location, urgency.
• Monitor ticket progress and adjust assignments to maintain workflow.
