Job summary

Riverside Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Service & Logistics Coordinator to streamline daily service operations, manage inventory, and support hardware fulfillment for customer orders.

The role blends dispatching, warehouse logistics, and hands-on technical work to keep technicians and clients served efficiently. You’ll organize the service ticket board, coordinate shipments, track stock, and help with basic hardware staging and testing prior to shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or IT is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, dispatching, or service coordination.
• Experience with inventory management systems, ERPs, or service ticketing software is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized shipping/receiving operations.
• Ability to prioritize requests and coordinate between customers, field technicians, and remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the service ticket board for assignment to field technicians.
• Prioritize requests and dispatch technicians based on skill, location, and urgency.
• Monitor progress and adjust assignments to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ship products daily, prepare shipments, and coordinate pickups with carriers.
• Receive packages and verify contents; update records.
• Track inventory levels and assist with counts/audits.
• Build, repair, and configure IT hardware for orders; perform basic testing.
