Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Director of Technology for Corporate Functions to own the technology strategy, platform roadmap, and delivery for HR, Legal, Finance, and Compliance. This leader will oversee Workday and Coupa, drive automation, and improve the employee experience by replacing manual processes with self-service workflows.

Experience owning and communicating technology strategy for large corporate functions (HR, Legal, Finance, Compliance).
Ability to define multi-year roadmaps and business cases for platform portfolios (Workday, Coupa).
Strong leadership skills to grow and retain platform engineering and integration teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own the technology strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business cases for Corporate Functions.
Own the platform portfolio (Workday, Coupa) and surrounding ecosystem for planning, close, and more.
Lead and develop the team (platform engineers, integration developers) and set hiring plans and standards.
Drive automation across core processes to reduce cycle time and manual steps.
Own the employee experience of internal technology with a front door for requests and self-service.
