Qualifications
- 12+ years of technology and operational leadership experience in client-facing digital products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Hands-on technical depth with architecture and code review, able to debug production issues.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the digital technology strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business cases for online and mobile banking.
- Oversee delivery of core digital channel experiences including apps, dashboards, and secure messaging; ensure WCAG accessibility.
- Lead architecture reviews, oversee production escalations, and ensure end-to-end security and authentication.
- Drive platform modernization, cloud adoption, and debt reduction while maintaining regulatory compliance.
