Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Director of Technology for Corporate Functions to own the technology strategy, platform roadmap, and delivery for Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and Compliance. You will oversee Workday and Coupa, drive automation, and lead a team of platform engineers, integration developers, and partners to improve processes and the employee experience.

The role requires senior leadership, strong collaboration with HR, Legal, Finance, and Compliance, and a proven record of

Qualifications

10+ years in technology with 5+ years leading enterprise platforms
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Business; MBA preferred
Hands‑on Workday knowledge and at least one large ERP platform experience
Experience with procure-to-pay or spend management platforms (Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle)
Proven track record of process automation and AI-assisted services

Responsibilities

Define technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps for Corporate Functions
Own platform portfolio: Workday, Coupa, and related ecosystem
Lead and grow platform engineers, integration developers, and partners
Drive automation across hire-to-retire, source-to-pay, and record-to-report
Own employee experience: self-service, onboarding, knowledge content
Use process mining, intelligent document processing, and low-code tooling to reduce manual effort
Oversee data flows, master data, and reporting for corporate functions
Manage SaaS vendor relationships, budgets, releases, and renewals
Represent technology to executives, audit, and regulators; mentor staff
