Job summary

Dow is seeking a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will identify opportunities where intelligent automation can improve decision-making, strengthen operational performance, and create sustainable business value while partnering with operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and business teams.

This position can be located at any Dow location in North America, Latin America, or Europe, and requires mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent; minimum 10 years in related roles.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-site teams and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations.
• Identify high-value opportunities for intelligent automation and value realization.
• Partner with site, production, functional, and business leaders to translate priorities into digital solutions.
• Develop scalable solutions and integrate them into existing work processes.
• Establish measures of success, monitor adoption and performance, and coach teams.
