Job summary

PNC's Technology Development Program is a 12-month experience designed to move analysts and associates from development roles into production roles across multiple technology areas. You will rotate through Data and Engineering tracks, gaining exposure to secure and efficient code, design thinking, and collaboration tools.

Upon completion, there will be opportunities to align with full-time roles such as Software Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer, based on interest and aptitude.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduates with little or no professional experience, but possessing relevant skills.
• Bachelor's degree required for consideration.
• Program includes rotations across Technology lines to build a broad skill set.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12‑month Technology Development Program with rotations in Data or Engineering.
• Engage in design thinking, collaboration tools, and soft-skill development.
• Demo technical and collaboration skills in a dedicated hack‑a‑thon during the program.
