You will gain hands‑on experience in business analysis, development, and project management while rotating through multiple departments, with hybrid work options and exposure to various tools and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with coursework or internship in technology.
• GPA 3.5+ preferred; exposure to Software Development Life Cycle concepts.
• Capstone or internship leveraging technology is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership through coursework, projects, or work experience.
• Team experience and collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Solve technical and/or business problems and objectives.
• Research potential tech or process improvements and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build relationships with end users and BISD teammates.
• Collaborate effectively with others and share knowledge.
• Maintain awareness of relevant tools and technologies.
