Job summary

Wesco's Information Technology Development Program offers a 24-month rotation designed to prepare you for a technology-based role. You will work under IT leaders and be paired with a peer mentor across multiple rotations in areas such as Enterprise Agile Deployment, Architecture, DevSecOps, and more.

You will join the program at our Pittsburgh, PA HQ or Glenview, IL corporate office, engaging in project-based initiatives and cross-functional assignments with potential rotations in Finance,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or business field.
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Strong technical skills and excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and results orientation.
Ability to collaborate via Microsoft Teams with a distributed team.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Prior internship in a business-related field.
Travel eligibility 0%–25%.
