Job summary

Global Payments is hiring an Order Fulfillment Technician to join our operations team in delivering end-to-end fulfillment of payment technology solutions. You will configure, stage, test, and ship POS devices, terminals, and peripherals to customers, ensuring quality and accuracy in every deployment.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support successful customer deployments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in technology deployment, IT support, fulfillment operations, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end fulfillment and deployment activities, including picking, packing, shipping, and preparing payment technology solutions for customer delivery.
• Configure, stage, and validate POS devices, payment terminals, and peripherals, including imaging systems, installing software, and setting up customer-specific applications.
• Perform quality assurance testing and troubleshooting to ensure all hardware, software, and connectivity components are fully functional prior to shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and ensure compliance with asset tracking and inventory control processes.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, implementation, and support teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure successful customer deployments.
