Job summary

Citi is seeking a Technology Delivery Director to lead portfolio delivery across multiple technology programs supporting Retail Banking and Credit Cards operations. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate priorities into measurable results, shape delivery teams, and drive accountability across the organization.

The role requires deep technology delivery experience, leadership of large teams, and knowledge of the financial products and risk landscape.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant technology delivery experience.
• 8–10+ years of experience managing teams and leading people.
• Experience delivering technology programs within Retail Banking or Credit Cards operations.
• Knowledge of the Financial Crimes and Fraud domain.
• Working knowledge of financial products and the competitive landscape within the industry.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio delivery across multiple technology programs, managing the book of work from planning through execution.
• Manage and develop multiple teams, including hiring, performance evaluations, and career development.
• Define team structure and role clarity to maximize impact and efficient use of resources.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to align technology delivery with organizational priorities.
• Guide the design and development of system architecture in collaboration with end users to improve deliverable quality.
• Present regular project and portfolio updates to senior management and business leaders.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and policy decisions that shape the strategic direction of the technology area.
• Manage disaster recovery planning, testing, and operational readiness for new applications.
• Apply sound judgment when assessing risk, safeguarding Citi's reputation, clients, and assets by maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
