Responsibilities

• Define a 3–5 year strategic portfolio vision with roadmaps.
• Interface with senior stakeholders, providing reporting and investment updates.
• Establish governance for prioritization, triage, and delivery quality.
• Oversee funding visibility and resource allocation across teams.
