Job summary

Citi is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager - SVP to lead a high-visibility, enterprise-scale technology program. You will own delivery end-to-end, from strategy through production, working with engineering, architecture, risk, and business leadership.

You will manage risk, dependencies, and steering committees, delivering concise executive updates and coordinating cross-functional teams across the organization in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology delivery, incl. 6+ years leading complex, multi-team agile programs.
• Ownership of large-scale programs spanning multiple teams or units.
• Experience managing formal risk/issue/dependency logs and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream technology programs from strategy to production.
• Translate objectives into a sequenced, resourced roadmap with milestones and exit criteria.
• Engage with engineering and architecture leaders to challenge technical trade-offs and constraints.
• Own risk, issue, and dependency register; drive closure and governance.
• Run governance forums and produce decisions, actions, and executive reporting.
