Job summary

IdealHire Technologies, Inc. seeks a CT Technologist to perform CT imaging in a short-term acute care hospital. The role requires working a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays, with on-call coverage and potential float to sister facilities.

You will document patient data in Epic EMR and ensure imaging accuracy while maintaining a 1:1 staffing ratio. Required is at least 1 year of CT experience and a valid state or compact license.

Qualifications

• CT Technologist with at least 1 year of CT experience.
• Valid state license or compact license required at submission.
• Must work 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year's Eve/Day.
• Post-offer RTO requests not considered; discuss scheduling upfront.
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year within last 3 years.
• Residence within 50 miles of the facility; locals may be considered at adjusted rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in a short-term acute care hospital setting with a 109-bed facility
• Operate within a 1:1 staffing ratio, ensuring high-quality patient care and imaging accuracy
• Work a rotating schedule covering day and evening shifts, including weekends and select holidays
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled, approximately 2–4 nights per month
• Document and chart patient information accurately using Epic EMR
• May be expected to float to nearby sister facilities as operationally needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• Valid state license or compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All RTO and specific scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal — post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• 2 professional references required, covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; locals may be considered at an adjusted rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Epic charting system
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital-based imaging environment
• Demonstrated flexibility with rotating schedules, including evenings and weekends
